Lucia Dubačová works across art, technology, science and urbanism. She co-founded Sensorium Festival working with artists, creative technologists and scientists on interdisciplinary labs, talks and workshops. She co-created the successful candidacy and later on directed Trenčín 2026 European Capital of Culture. A deeply transforming region - wide participatory process with communities of citizens, international artists and cultural professionals. Recently Lucia co-shaped the programme of TU-BA, Bratislava's centre for architecture and urban planning which is an important meeting place for those, who want to be closer to what it means to create a city. She works with Placemaking Europe, putting on the Placemaking Week Europe festival in a different European city each year. Lucia is a returning member of the extitutional Feytopia community and passionate do-ocracy participant.
